What brands do we have available for wholesale?

We work with the following brands:

Do you import authentic Korean and Japanese brands and products?

That's how it is! At Asian Beauty Trade, we guarantee that all our products are authentic and comply with CPNP regulations, including labeling regulations. As official distributors, we ensure that every item we offer is directly imported from South Korea and Japan.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We are governed by a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of €200 for each request.

Why do I have to register to open an account?

Registering is a simple process that will not take you more than 5 minutes. This step makes it easier for us to approve your user account and allows us to introduce you to the brands and products we have available specifically for your country.

Do you need to contact our customer service?

We will be happy to help you from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Remember that our customer service specialists strive to respond within 24 hours.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries in the European Union! However, you should know that certain brands have distribution restrictions in some countries. To find out if a specific brand is available in your area, please contact one of our customer service team.

What should I keep in mind if my shipment is to the Canary Islands?

For orders destined for the Canary Islands, please note:

IGIC, customs, processing, shipping, and entry fees are not included in the order price.

These must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or the corresponding agency at the time of delivery or processing of the package.

We recommend checking with the logistics operator for approximate costs before placing your order.

How much do shipping costs and how long does it take to arrive?

The shipping price and delivery time depend on the destination. In addition, we offer you free shipping for purchases over €300 in Spain and €500 for the rest of Europe. Find all the details you need in our Shipping section.

Catalog types and delivery times

At Asian Beauty Trade, we work with two types of catalogs tailored to the different needs of our professional clients:

1. Exclusive Pre-Order Catalog

A carefully curated selection of high-end Korean cosmetic brands, imported directly from South Korea. These products are available upon pre-order and require an estimated delivery time of 15 to 21 business days . This is the ideal option if you're looking for the latest in K-Beauty innovation and trends, with exclusive access to products that are hard to find in Europe.

2. Stock Express Catalog

Products available in our Tenerife warehouse, ready to ship with fast delivery within 24 to 48 business hours . Perfect for urgent restocking needs or for those who need to receive their products immediately.

Important: If you place an order that combines products from both catalogs, shipping will begin once the entire order is available. We recommend placing separate orders if you need to receive part of your order sooner.

Do you have official authorization from the European Union as distributors?

Of course! We have official authorization to distribute all the brands present on our website.

Does Asian Beauty Trade offer product samples?

At Asian Beauty Trade, we deeply value our collaborations and strive to provide strong support to our partners. As part of our commitment, we offer free product samples to support your efforts and help you achieve your goals.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Of course! At Asian Beauty Trade we understand that needs can change and we are here to help you at any time. If you wish to make any modification or cancellation to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can email us at info@asianbeautytrade.com within the next 12 hours to review or cancel your order.
