Purchase Options Cancellation Policy - Asian Beauty Trade
Effective date: From February 1, 2024 until further notice
At Asian Beauty Trade, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise requiring cancellation of purchase options. Below we detail our policy in this regard:
1. Cancellation of Orders:
1.1 Cancellation by the Client:
- Customers have the right to cancel a purchase option within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
- To cancel, the customer must contact us by email at info@asianbeautytrade.com, providing the order number and reason for cancellation.
1.2 Cancellation by Asian Beauty Trade:
- We reserve the right to cancel a purchase option in situations such as out-of-stock products, pricing errors or any other circumstance that affects the execution of the transaction.
- In case of cancellation on our part, the client will be notified and the full amount paid will be refunded.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 Full Refunds:
- Full refunds will be processed for purchased options canceled within the specified time frame.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.
2.2 Partial Refunds:
- In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be offered, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
3. Changes and Modifications:
3.1 Order Modifications:
- Modifications to a purchase option, such as changes to the shipping address or adjustments to the selected products, must be requested before the purchase option is processed and shipped.
3.2 Changes after Processing:
- Once the purchase option has been processed and sent, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
