Asian Beauty Trade Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

At Asian Beauty Trade, we strive to offer high quality products and meet the needs of our professional customers in the cosmetics sector. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Below are the conditions and procedures for returns:

1.1 Products eligible for return:
- Products damaged during shipping.
- Incorrect products received.

1.2 Conditions for returns:
- Returns must be requested within 15 business days of receiving the order.
- Products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in salable condition.
- Presentation of the purchase receipt or invoice will be required.

1.3 Return process:

2. Refunds

- A full refund will be issued for products returned under the conditions mentioned above.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and approval of the return.

2.2 Shipping costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of Asian Beauty Trade.
