Tocobo AHA BHA Lemon Toner is a mildly acidic exfoliator that removes dead skin cells and reduces texture. Its formula is enriched with 38% lemon extract to provide the skin with a dose of vitamin C and even out the complexion tone. It also softens and moisturizes the skin thanks to the additives beta-glucan, betaine and panthenol. The toner has a light, watery texture that does not leave a sticky film on the skin.
